Employee Involvement
The most important asset in any business is its employees. The effect of involving the work force in a share-holding scheme is very motivating and should not be underestimated.
In order to retain employees we offer the set-up of bonus schemes, equity participation and option schemes.
Among other things TCF has developed a tax exemption model, enabling an organisation to reveal its undisclosed reserves. Thus the actual equity value is displayed, that strengthens a company negotiating position with business partners or banks and also allows the participation of the employee on a nominal basis i.e. one share = one Euro.
