Achim Lutterbeck
Achim Lutterbeck, lawyer and managing director, has long-time experience in leading positions especially in Real Estate and Corporate Finance (Dresdner Bank AG and HypoVereinsbank AG).
In that time, he advised Private Equity Fonds on the leveraged capital side (LBO, MBO, MBI, Bridge Finance/pre IPO).
In addition, he was responsible for media financing (film productions, TV channels and multiplex cinemas).
A part of the portfolio was TV channel financing for ProSieben, Kabelkanal and Tele München Group, film productions like Cliffhanger with Sylvester Stallone or German movies like "Das Geisterhaus", "Der bewegte Mann", "Werner Beinhart", "Das Mädchen Rosemarie" or "Salz auf unserer Haut" for Neue Constantin Film AG in the time of Bernd Eichinger.
Other financed films are "JFK", "Sommersby" or "Free Willy" under the management of Arnon Milchan at the Monarchy Enterprises Holdings BV.
Multiplex cinemas like CineDom in Cologne, MaXX Filmpalast in Munich, SI Stuttgart International and Musical Projects of the Stella Group (Phantom der Oper, Cats, Starlight Express, Miss Saigon).
Before founding TCF in 1997 he was Managing Director of the BV Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, a 100 % subsidary of Bayerische Vereinsbank AG.
Besides, he is a member of the supervisory board at diverse companies.
